YemenIsCallingYou campaign distributes food baskets in Hadramaut, Abyan and Al-Bayda

“YemenIsCallingYou” campaign implemented a food basket distribution project for hundreds of families in Ibb Governorate.
The campaign was launched by Al-Khair Foundation collaborating with Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB), hosted a number of Yemeni and Arab content makers, through social media accounts of the Yemeni poet Muhammad Al-Masmari. Famous artist Ibrahim Badi also joined the online fundraiser.
“YemenIsCallingYou” successfully distributed 500 food baskets to beneficiaries in Ibb Governorate, out of 7000 food baskets which are allocated for internally displaced and poor families in different Yemeni governorates.
The online fundraiser was launched on March 25, 2022, with the aim of raising one million dollars to help 20,000 Yemeni families, $500,000 have been raised in the first phase of the fundraiser.
The campaign aims to implement following projects: distribution of food baskets and Iftaar meals, construction of water wells, distribution of financial aid and Eid clothing for children.
