Today, on Sunday, the housing project “Dar Al-Khair village for orphans”, which includes 64 houses for Internally displaced orphan families has been officially inaugurated.
Housing project which has been funded by “Muslim in Need” and “Family Foundation”, and implemented by Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB) is inaugurated after five months of continuous construction work.
The project provides a house for each family. Houses are fully-furnished and consists of a room, kitchen and a bathroom. Families have been provided with food packages, too. Houses have water storage system , access to electricity and facility of sanitation as well.
The Dar Al-Khair residential village project (Ma’rib) consists of 16 housing units, each unit consisting of 4 houses which makes 64 houses in total.Every house consists of a room, kitchen , living room and a bathroom.
It is noteworthy that CRB had earlier implemented different housing projects, in which dozens of housing units were provided to disabled IDP’s. CRB was also keen to provide furniture , shelter materials and non-food items to these needy families with the aim alleviating the suffering of these families and finding sustainable solutions for them.
