Muhammad Makharish, Secretary-General of the Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB), and Dr. Saqr Al-Zaidi, Head of the training department at CRB, inaugurated a training program for the capacity building of employees working in NGOs and charitable organizations. The training program started with the course of Dr. Khalid Al-Ghashm, the course was about the evaluation and follow-up skills in the administrative work.
The Secretary-General of CRB said that this program aims to enhance the skills, capabilities, and performance of people working in the organization and the development of charitable organizations.
He also added that the program is designed to meet the needs of employees, as it consists of a number of courses that will improve the personal and professional skills of the participants. Following are some of the courses of the program: Evaluation and follow-up skills, Cyber Security, Digital Correspondence, Preparation of Projects, Operational planning, and Financial administration at humanitarian organizations.
He stressed that this training program is prepared and given by professionals and experienced trainers in the field of training and human resource development.
He explained that this program is an excellent opportunity for employees to develop their skills and increase their knowledge in the field of capacity building and institutional development so that they can improve the overall performance and efficiency of their institutions and organizations.
He also pointed out that this training program is really important for the capacity building of employees so that they will be able to face the increasing challenges in the field of humanitarian work.
Dr. Saqr Al-Zaidi, Head of the training department at CRB, stressed that this program will provide opportunities for the participants to learn and develop their personal and professional skills.
On the other hand, the trainees from the participating organizations expressed their gratitude to CRB for the sponsorship and the organization of the program, hoping that this program will contribute to the development of human resources and it will also enhance the efficiency and performance of charitable organizations.
