We extend our congratulations to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on this significant humanitarian achievement, having ranked first among Arab countries and second globally among the largest donors of humanitarian assistance in 2025, according to data from the United Nations Financial Tracking Service (FTS).
This leading advancement reflects the Kingdom’s prominent global humanitarian standing, particularly its position at the forefront of countries providing humanitarian assistance to Yemen, contributing 49.3% of total international support. This stands as a clear affirmation of its steadfast commitment to the Yemeni people during the most challenging circumstances.
Our heartfelt congratulations to the Kingdom—its leadership, people, and institutions—for this exemplary humanitarian role that serves as a model regionally and internationally. Such leadership is consistent with its long-established and fundamental role in serving humanity wherever it may be.
