Today, Monday, the Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB) implemented a food basket distribution project for families affected by flooding in Marib and Aden governorates, distributing 1000 food baskets to 1000 households. This initiative was made possible through the support and funding of the the Türkiye Diyanet Foundation.
The project aims to enhance food security and alleviate the suffering of families affected by severe climatic conditions, as part of CRB’s ongoing efforts to provide humanitarian assistance to the most vulnerable groups.
Dr. Azeddine Mithqal, CRB General Director, confirmed that this project is part of a series of activities designed to provide emergency relief and strengthen the local community’s capacity to address natural disasters.
Dr. Mithqal also praised the significant contribution and active involvement of the the Türkiye Diyanet Foundation in supporting the Yemeni people during such difficult circumstances. He commended the cooperation of partners and various stakeholders for their continued support of CRB’s humanitarian projects in different areas.
