Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB), in collaboration with the Saylani Welfare Internaitional Trust– Pakistan, has formally inaugurated the “CODE” programme, a fully funded training grant initiative designed to equip 25 young Yemeni men and women with advanced programming competencies. The programme aims to prepare participants to successfully integrate into the digital labour market. 
This twelve-month initiative forms a core part of CRB’s strategic objectives to enhance economic empowerment opportunities for youth through the adoption of cutting-edge technology and digital transformation. 
The  programme encompasses three specialized training tracks: mobile application development, web development and programming, and freelancing via global digital platforms.
At the official launch event, Dr. Youssef Al-Darwani, Programme manger, highlighted that the programme represents a critical and practical step forward in strengthening the technical skills and entrepreneurial capacities of Yemeni youth in the fields of programming and technology-based enterprise. The training will be conducted under the supervision of certified trainers from the Saylani Welfare Internaitional Trust, and with CRB’s direct  implementationn.
Al-Darwani noted that the selection of participants followed a rigorous and comprehensive evaluation process, including personal interviews and technical and linguistic assessments, to ensure the admission of the most qualified candidates prepared to benefit from the programme. He further indicated  that the next phase will focus on hands-on training to empower the
 trainees.
