Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB) implemented the distribution of school bags today, Tuesday, in Aden, targeting orphaned and most vulnerable students. 
Supported by Turkish Red Crescent Society, the project benefited 300 male and female students. This initiative is part of CRB’s ongoing efforts to support education and ease the financial strain on low-income families at the start of the new school year, amid the difficult living conditions confronting households across the country.
The Project’s inauguration of was attended by Mr. Ibrahim Obaid, Head of the Turkish Red Crescent Branch in Yemen. During the event, school bags equipped with essential educational materials were distributed to students, enabling them to continue their studies and remain in school.
The Director of CRB in Aden expressed his sincere appreciation to the Turkish Red Crescent for its continued support of humanitarian and development efforts and extended his gratitude to the official authorities in Aden for their valuable cooperation.
Essentially, the School Bag Project seeks to expand educational opportunities for orphaned and impoverished children while fostering stability among students from families facing severe hardship in the most affected communities, amidst deteriorating living conditions and an escalating humanitarian crisis in the country.
