Announcement of a tender: to dig an artesian well and build a reservoir and its accessories.

Project: Drilling an artesian well and building a reservoir and its accessories. The Coalition Releif and Building CRB announces the opening of a tender to implement a project to dig a well and build a reservoir in Ma’rib city. This project aims to provide a sustainable source of water and store it to meet the needs of the targets and promote environmental sustainability and local development.

Project details:
1. Drilling the well: A deep well must be drilled as efficiently as possible to reach a pure and sustainable groundwater source. The drilling process must be carried out in accordance with approved engineering and environmental standards.
2. Construction of the reservoir : A water tank with sufficient capacity must be built to store and distribute the water extracted from the well. The tank must be designed and constructed in accordance with the required technical and security standards. (Engineering details in the attached table of quantities)

Bidding requirements:
1. Experience and competence: Applicants to the bid must have previous experience in implementing well drilling and reservoir construction projects. Examples of similar projects that have been implemented should be provided.
2. Compliance with standards: Bidders must comply with all applicable engineering, environmental and security standards in the project area.
3. Human resources and equipment: Bidders must have the ability to provide the human resources and equipment necessary to implement the project in an effective and timely manner. Submission procedures:
1. Receiving tender documents: Contractors and companies interested in participating in the tender must visit the Coalition headquarters to receive the tender documents and necessary instructions. A non-refundable fee may be charged to receive these documents.
2. Submission: Bids must be submitted until November 26, 2023 at 10:00 am at the headquarters of the CRB – Public Administration located in Marib – Saba Phone Tour.
Bids must be sealed and accompanied by all required documents and appropriate financial guarantee.
3. Opening of bids: Bids will be opened on November 26, 2023, at 11:00 am at the CRB headquarters – Marib City Office in front of the local council. Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of contractors and bidding companies, and the submitted offers will be read and evaluated.
Important dates: – Date and time of receiving tender documents: from 21 to 26 November 2023 AD during official working hours.
