campaign, launched by Al-Khair Foundation in partnership with Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB) implemented today, on Friday, a food basket distribution project for the displaced and the disabled people in Al-Hodeidah Governorate.
The Campaign distributed 1,070 food baskets in the village of the disabled and the displaced in Al-Jarrahi district of Al-Hodeidah governorate. In scope of this campaign 7,000 food baskets are allocated to different Yemeni governorates.
The campaign, which was launched on March 25, 2022, is implementing projects for distributing food baskets, Iftaar meals, construction of water wells, ,financial aid and Eid clothing for children.
Since its start, the campaign has aimed to raise $1 million to help 20,000 Yemeni families, and the first phase has raised $500,000 from 3,778 donors
The campaign continues to implement the projects of the first phase, in conjunction with the continuation of collecting donations for the second phase throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
