
On #International Literacy Day, CRB inaugurates construction of a temporary school “Thunayān Al-Ghānim” in Marib.

Today, on Tuesday, CRB (Coalition of Relief and Building) handed over seven housing units for disabled people to the beneficiaries in the third phase of this housing project which is funded by the World Assembly of Muslim Youth and implemented by CRB in Marib .
During the key distribution ceremony, which was attended by Mr. Niazi Suleiman (Coordinator Humanitarian Affairs ,OCHA ,Marib).
Director General ,Social Affairs and Labor Office, Abdul Hakim Al-Qaisi, stressed upon the importance of these sustainable projects, which preserve the dignity of families of disabled people and alleviate their suffering. He called on humanitarian organizations to pay attention to people with special needs and provide them with care, training and rehabilitation programs that enable them to integrate into society.
Dr. Khaled Al-Shajni, )Director Camps Administration in the Executive Unit for the Displaced People), praised the efforts of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth and its partner CRB Yemen in supporting and implementing projects for people with special needs and children who lost their breadwinner, hoping that other international organizations also follow their footsteps.
During the handing over ceremony, the beneficiaries from disabled people expressed their happiness on getting theses housing units, which will relieve their suffering especially with regard to shelter, They thanked the funding and implementing agencies of the project
