
CRB (Coalition of Relief and Building) organizes training course for ‘’ Social Protection Network’’

Deputy Governor Marib, Dr. Abd Rabbuh Miftah inaugurated water-project in district ‘’ Dhu al-Nurayn’’, Marib, Yemen. Project was implemented by Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB) with the funding and supervision of Kuwaiti Women Philanthropic Team .
During the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Governor Marib appreciated the contribution of donors from brother country, Kuwait. As they played vital role in financing and functioning of the project.
Mr. Miftah stressed on the importance of initiatives for development and social services. He also referred to the need of optimal use and delivery of water to the people.
Executive Director of Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB) Yahya Qahtan indicated that the project is aimed to meet the needs of the community by providing drinking water and alleviating their suffering in these difficult circumstances.
Mr.Jabbari added that the project includes an artesian well and a water tower with 85 cubic meter water tank. He further explained that 20,000 people will benefit from the project.
Natives of the district praised the implementing and financing agencies for their joint efforts in making the project successful.
Water supply projects of Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB), such as digging deep wells and shallow wells, restoring old wells, and management of water tanks are among the most important humanitarian projects for Yemeni society. These projects aim to provide relief to people affected by war and displacement. Moreover, CRB gives priority to the most needy and vulnerable areas and segments of the society .
