The Coalition of Relief and Building Continues Implementing Shelter Projects for Displaced People in Marib with Support from Turkey

The Coalition of Relief and Building continues implementing humanitarian shelter projects for displaced families in Marib Governorate through the construction and delivery of temporary housing units for the most vulnerable families, with generous support from the Muslim is the Brother of a Muslim Association – Turkey, as part of the ongoing efforts to alleviate the suffering caused by displacement and improve the living conditions of affected families.

As part of a series of interventions aimed at providing a safer and more stable environment for families living in difficult housing conditions inside displacement camps, the Coalition delivered a housing unit to a displaced family in one of the displacement camps in Marib Governorate.

The project comes in response to the growing needs in the shelter sector, as thousands of families suffer from harsh humanitarian conditions due to ongoing displacement, while many of them lack the minimum requirements for adequate housing.

Shelter projects represent a humanitarian priority due to their direct impact on family stability and the protection of children and women from risks associated with unsafe housing conditions, while highlighting the importance of continuing humanitarian partnerships in supporting displaced people and providing more sustainable solutions to their basic needs.
