Job Title: Orphans Specialist
Sector: Protection Sector
Job Responsibilities:
1- Follow up on the affairs of orphans within the protection sector, ensuring their educational, health, and social needs are met.
2- Maintain and update files for orphans on CRB’s system.
3- Conduct field visits to assess orphans conditions.
4- Prepare periodic technical and administrative reports on cases and services provided.
5- Coordinate with supporting agencies and partners to implement sponsorship and support programmes for orphans.
6- Participate in the preparation and implementation of activities and events for orphan programmes.
7- Adhere to the protection policies and PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards followed by CRB.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or any related discipline.
– Minimum of four years of practical experience in protection programmes or working with orphans.
– Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
– Strong communication skills and ability to work with sensitive cases.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
– Ability to work under pressure and in field conditions.
