The Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB), in partnership with the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF), implemented humanitarn interventions aimed at strengthening food securityfor IDPs, by implementing  the sixth round of the project “Providing Life-Saving Emergency Food Assistance to the Most Vulnerable and Flood-Affected IDPs in Ma’rib City”.
This round targeted 530 displaced households, comprising 3,710 beneficiaries,  across eight camps in  Jaw Al-Naseem area, with priority given to women, persons with disabilities, and the most vulnerable groups. The distribution process  ensured gender equity and accountability to affected populations (AAP).
The project seeks to enhance the resilience of the most vulnerable displaced flood -affected families by providing cash assistance that enables them to meet their urgent food needs and secure access to essential life requirements.
The implementation of this round comes as part of CRB’s and its partners’ ongoing efforts to alleviate the humanitarian crisis faced by displaced families in Marib and to mitigate the impacts of flooding on their living conditions.
