The Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB) has successfully concluded a comprehensive training program designed to enhance the skills and expertise of its employees and partner agencies’ staff in Marib Governorate. The three-week program, held from August 3 to 21, featured specialized courses in preparing projects and reports, follow-up, evaluation and risk management, archiving and secretarial work, improving logistical efficiency and purchasing management”,
Program participants benefited from three-week in-depth training sessions, as they equipped themselves with the necessary skills to excel in their roles and contribute to humanitarian and development projects. The program was carefully crafted to address the specific needs of CRB’s employees and partners, ensuring they can deliver high-quality relief services and development work.
At the program’s conclusion, CRB’s Director General, Dr. Ezz Al-Din Mithqal, emphasized the importance of benefiting from the skills and knowledge acquired during the training. He noted that employee skills development is a crucial pillar in achieving CRB’s strategic plans and providing exceptional services.
Dr. Mithqal expressed his appreciation for the program’s organizers and participants, acknowledging their dedication to enhancing CRB’s humanitarian and development efforts. This training program is part of CRB’s ongoing initiatives to develop employees’ capabilities, improve human resource performance, and advance administrative and field work in line with technological and digital advancements.
