August 5, 2024Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB), today, Sunday, launched a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing the skills of its employees and human resources in various specializations within Marib Governorate. This initiative is part of the CRB’s ongoing efforts to develop employees’ capabilities, improve human resource performance, and provide workers with the necessary skills to advance administrative and field work to keep pace with the requirements of technological and digital development, in line with humanitarian and development projects.
The program encompasses specialized training courses in several fields, including: “preparing projects and reports, follow-up, evaluation and risk management, archiving and secretarial work, improving logistical efficiency and purchasing management”, so that participants can develop skills and enhance their experiences in these fields
At the launch of the program, Dr. Ezz El-Din Mithqal, the CRB’s Director General, emphasized the importance of developing human resources in institutions to achieve goals and develop resources. He noted that employee skills development is a fundamental pillar for achieving strategic plans in providing relief services and development work with high quality.
On the other hand, Mr. Wahid Al-Omsi, Director of Human Resources Department, confirmed that the training program will continue from August 3-14 and will include specialized courses for employees and cadres of partner entities.
