\nCoalition of Relief and Building (CRB) announces tender in the field of (construction – supplies) for drilling of water well \u201cHayy \u2018Ata\u201d in al-Jufainah, Marib. (Water and Sanitation Cluster) No. (4-2022), funded by the Kuwaiti Women Philanthropic Team.<\/p>\n
CRB (License No.302 \u2013 Year 2016) approved the implementation of following Tender in Marib as per following details:
\nTender No. 4-2022
\nName of Tender: drilling of water well \u201cHayy \u2018Ata\u201d in al-Jufainah, Marib.
\nComponents: (Drilling a well – supplying and installing an electric submersible pump –
\nconstructing a 75m3 water tank (Tower) – extensions of the pumping line + liquefaction line – building a pump room) in \u201cHayy \u2018Ata\u201d – Al Jufainah- Medina – Marib.<\/p>\n
Funding Agency: Kuwaiti Women Philanthropic Team
\nRequired Experience: Bidder must have three years\u2019 experience in the same field and hold a contract for a similar project with a value of not less than 180,000 Saudi Riyals.
\nCurrency for Bid would be Saudi Riyal
\nBid fee is 50 Saudi Riyal
\nValidity of bid is 120 days
\nGuarantee: 2.5% of the bid value

Coalition of Relief and Building (CRB) invites contractors and suppliers to submit their bids for the above-mentioned tender, according to the procedures followed in the implementation of tenders.<\/p>\n
1-Tender documents can be obtained from the headquarters of the Coalition of Relief and Building – in front of the local council, Marib City, Marib. Tel: 06-303472-, during office hours, by paying a non-refundable fee (mentioned above), starting from Tuesday 17\/05\/2022.
\n2-Bid will be submitted in a sealed envelope mentioning the name and number of the tender on or before the above-mentioned day and timings to open the envelopes against each tender at the following address:

\n3-Bid envelopes will be opened at the headquarters of the Coalition of Relief and Building – in front of the local council, Marib City, Marib. Tel: 06-303472, on the dates specified above, against each tender at the same hour and day mentioned above.
\n4-Envelopes will be opened in the presence of the suppliers and contractors who have applied or their representatives, and any bid submitted or received after this date will be rejected and will be returned to its owner as received.
\n5-Bidder must bring a copy of a valid tax card, a valid trade certificate.
\n6-Bidder must bring a copy of a valid sales tax submission certificate.
\n7-Bidder must bring a copy of a valid insurance and zakat card.
\n8-Bidder must be committed to pay the tax according to the tax laws of the country.
\n9-Bidder should also submit an unconditional bank guarantee or an open cheque against each tender starting from the date of opening the envelopes, according to the above-mentioned amount and validity period. Any bid that is not accompanied by a bid guarantee will be rejected.
\n10-Validity limit of the bid is mentioned above.
\n11-It is required that bid should be submitted in the above-mentioned currency and any bid submitted in a different currency will be excluded.
\n12-The organization is not obliged to accept the lowest bid or any other bid.
